When you advertise for “help wanted” at your pub and when you take on staff in the business you need to define in general terms the duties that members of staff are expected to fulfil during their employment.
You can make these job descriptions as inclusive and detailed as you like to suit the needs of your pub.
In this section are some templates I have used for many years that do the job quite adequately.
You need to inform the (potential) employee whom they report to in all job descriptions.
